Education - Bondi

This temporary annual outdoor exhibition showcases over one hundred sculptural works and contemporary practices, including site-specific and ephemeral works, along the iconic coastal walk between Bondi and Tamarama beaches. Adjacent to cliffs and ocean, this public walkway encompasses Mark's Park and Tamarama Park, and is interspersed with staircases and occasional seating. The sculptures themselves are constructed from a diverse range of materials. Works that are not safe to touch and will be labeled accordingly.

A vital and exciting component to Sculpture by the Sea is the hugely popular and successful Education Program which features:

  • The School Education Program for primary and secondary schools
  • Online Education Kit for each exhibition
  • Tactile Tours for students with disabilities
  • Kids Guide Exhibition Catalogue
  • Weekend Family Workshops
  • ESL Tours
  • SXS 3D ME Exhibition Zine produced by student’s for secondary school students
