We would like to thank Principal Sponsor NAB for funding the acquisitive Prize of $30,000. The winner was selected by Deborah Edwards, Senior Curator, Australian Art, Art Gallery of New South Wales, announced at the Media Launch of Sculpture by the Sea, on Wednesday 31 October 2007.

Sydney Water Environmental Sculpture Prize

In 2007 our Founding Sponsor and Significant Partner Sydney Water will again recognise the work of an artist that utilises wind, waves, solar power or other aspects of the natural environment in their work through the Sydney Water Environmental Sculpture Prize of $10,000. Previous winners of thre Sydney Water Environmental Sculpture Prize, established in 2005, are listed at the 'past winners' link below.
Between 1997 and 2004, Sydney Water generously supported artists exhibiting in Sculpture by the Sea through provision of the acquisitive Sydney Water Sculpture Prize, with the majority of the prize winning works gifted to the Campbelltown City Bicentennial Art Gallery. These recipients are also listed at the 'past winners' link below.
