720 ABC Perth’s Russell Woolf is bringing his Drive program to Cottesloe Beach on Thursday for opening day of Sculpture by the Sea. So put on your best thongs and come down from 3-6pm for his special live show to kick off this year’s exhibition. You can also be part of Sculpture on the Spot when WA artists Melanie Maclou and Matthew McVeigh will be given a mystery box of materials and inspiration from Drive listeners to create a sculpture during the course of the show. There will also be live music from The Magnets, giveaways and as always plenty of laughs – see you at the beach!
