Sculpture Sales in Denmark… and Adieu to Aarhus for now… we hope to be back in 2013!

05-Jul-2011

It has been a pleasure staging the Aarhus exhibition: a great show with 65 sculptures by artists from 22 countries, super crowds and a really wonderful atmosphere. Happily it seems all is set for the Aarhus exhibition to continue into the future with the next show planned for June 2013, while Aarhus is one of two contenders to be the European Cultural Capital in 2017 ... fingers crossed!

Sculptures sold from the Aarhus exhibition include Chen Wen Ling's (China) 'Red Memory - Shy Boy' to the City of Aarhus, Peter Tilley (Australia), Marc Moser (Switzerland), Gangadhar Mahato (India) and Keld Moseholm (Denmark). For anyone wanting to get the new financial year off to a sculptural start feel free to take a look at the images of the works in our image gallery or contact Davina Corti, Sculpture Sales Manager, davina@sculpturebythesea.com
